To Residents and Family Members,
 
We truly appreciate the support and understanding we have received from all family members and friends of our residents at The Moments. As we are all aware, the COVID-19 Coronavirus has been diagnosed throughout the Twin Cities, including one case in Dakota County. 
 
At this time, we have decided to take the next step in protecting our residents from the virus’ spread as best we can.  We are asking that for at least the next seven days we not have you visit your loved ones.  This may seem to be an extreme precaution but the more we can limit their possibility of exposure, the more likely we are to keep the virus outside of The Moments.  We will be making Facetime and Skype available for virtual visits with your loved ones. 
This new policy will go into effect today, March 13, 2020 at 4:00 pm.  While this policy is in place, if an Immediate family members’ visit for critical or time sensitive reasons- such as hospice related visits, complete medical authorizations, etc. should be allowed but they will need to use mask and gloves.
