To Residents and Family Members,
 
We truly appreciate the support and understanding we have received from all of the family members and friends of our residents at The Moments. 
 
While we had held out hope that the no visitor policy would be short lived, it is obvious that our best course of action at The Moments is to continue this policy. We have implemented all suggested protocols from the Department of Health and continue to monitor the situation. That being said, the NO VISITOR policy will be in effect for the foreseeable future. We will be updating our Facebook page and will continue to send a weekly email. As always, please feel free to contact me with any questions.
 
We truly appreciate your understanding during these times. As before, while this policy is in place, if an immediate family members’ visits for critical or time sensitive reasons such as hospice related visits, complete medical authorizations, etc. should be allowed but they will need to use mask and gloves.
