Shortly after our first campus opened in Lakeville in 2017, people began asking us to expand The Moments to other areas of the Twin Cities. We’re thrilled to be honoring those requests! Plans are underway for two additional campuses in Chanhassen and Wayzata, both of which will have the same beautiful design, thoughtfully chosen amenities and warm, caring staff that have made The Moments of Lakeville the most desirable assisted living and memory care community in the region.

The Moments is the fulfillment of a personal mission. Elizabeth Wright was determined to create the kind of community she searched for — but never found — when two of her beloved family members required memory care several years ago.
