Elizabeth has been in pursuit of finding a better way to ensure that our seniors and those with dementia have a better way to live.  She founded The Moments with this goal in mind. Not only to build a beautiful purpose built community catering to those with dementia but providing the highest level of care and most important compassion and love.

As the owner and founder of Paragon Builders Elizabeth was uniquely positioned to put her knowledge base in design and construction to work creating The Moments.  Funneling this knowledge and experience into the sensory design along with researching communities throughout the country led to our community.

After researching the good and not so good communities Elizabeth put her findings to work in assembling a top notch team.  While still managing her construction companies in Minnesotan and Arizona she found her true passion in memory care and senior living.  Elizabeth can be seen most days in the community and feels that as the owner of The Moments her greatest joy comes from being with the residents and her team

Elizabeth will be the first to tell you that design and aesthetic are important to ensure a home like feel within the community.  Most importantly what makes The Moments what is are the people.  She has spent years developing a care model that encapsulates the whole person.  From food, life enrichment, sensory care and most important the team that shows and believes the word Love not only can but must be used and felt throughout the team that we have put together.

When not at the community or Paragon Elizabeth can be found spending time with her husband, who was instrumental in the construction of The Moments, four labs Ollie, Marley, Lilli and Daisy, (Lilli and Daisy can be found at The Moments some days), golfing, traveling and helping her dad with his Junior Gold hockey team.
