Anne Reynolds

Executive Director

Anne brings empathy, compassion, outstanding leadership and more than 20 years of memory care experience to The Moments.

She began her professional life in elementary education, social work and youth development in the Twin Cities. But after her father was diagnosed with dementia, Anne discovered a passion for senior care — fueled by the belief that there must be a better way to care for, respect and honor seniors.

Anne’s first stop was an assisted living and memory care community in southern Illinois where her fresh perspective and philosophy of person-centered care made an immediate impact. Anne quickly became renowned for her tenderness and grace, setting a new standard of compassion in senior care. Equally impressive were Anne’s leadership skills. She achieved and maintained full community occupancy and set a new standard for efficient operational management.

In 2016, when Elizabeth Wright began envisioning and developing The Moments, she found a kindred spirit in Anne. In a consulting role, Anne’s expertise and insights helped lay the foundation for The Moments and the operational approach and philosophy of care that sets it apart.

Anne was drawn back to the Twin Cities in 2018 to enjoy an early retirement with her husband, Steve, and spend more time with her six children and six grandchildren. However, she always felt that The Moments was her professional home and she came out of retirement in late 2020 for the opening of the second community on the Lakeville Campus. Here, Anne quickly became the go-to for all operational matters. More importantly, however, Anne’s integrity, enormous skill and genuine warmth set a new standard of leadership within the community. Her love of residents is on full display every day, creating a culture of tenderness, sincerity and compassion that’s embraced by every member of The Moments team.
